Certifications

Quality grade certifications provided by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the best cuts, strict quality programs in genetics, race, parenting, food and care. Our meats are classified as follows:

Meat classified as PRIME has the highest amount of intramuscular fat that comes from the youngest specimens. Most of these meats are found in the most exclusive restaurants.

Meat classified as CHOICE has less marble appearance and comes mostly from the loin or ribs. It usually has less juiciness and flavor than the Prime but also represents high quality.

The quality of the meat classified as SELECT is very uniform and, in general, is leaner than that of higher grades and thicker texture.

We have the ability to provide vacuum packed cuts, carcass meat where allowed and even cattle standing. We are not limited by our own production. We can supply the quantity that our customers want.

We know that each client has their tastes and specifications. We have the ability to offer products resulting from Kosher or Halal certified slaughter practices, custom cuts and in general any processing or packaging requirement by our customers.
